Oats, Coconut Milk & Honey

Madhu is the Sanskrit word for honey, and the bar keeps that promise plainly. Raw honey and finely toasted oats are folded through coconut milk, which stands in for every drop of water in the recipe. It stood in Batch No. 001 beside Ksheer, and has stood in every batch since.

Its amber colour arrives on its own — from the honey, the oats, and the patience of the cure. No dye has ever touched it. A slow, comforting lather that lingers a little longer than it must.

No added scent. What the nose meets is the honey, the toasted oats and the coconut milk themselves — nothing perfumed, nothing invented.
