Privacy, kept the old way.

Zevara collects only what is needed to answer your letters and fulfil your orders: your name, the way to reach you, and the address a parcel must travel to. We do not sell, lend or trade your details to anyone, for any purpose, ever. This policy sets out the whole of it, plainly.

When you write to us: your name, your email address, and the words of your letter.

When you place an order: your name, email address, telephone number, and the delivery address your bars are to be sent to, together with the record of what you ordered and what was paid.

When you keep an account: your email address, used to send a one-time code so you may sign in. We keep no password, for you are never asked to set one.

Nothing is gathered quietly. There are no advertising trackers on this site, and no analytics scripts following you from room to room.

When you pay, the card, UPI or banking details are entered inside the secure payment window operated by Razorpay, our payment gateway. Those details never touch Zevara's own hands or servers; we neither see nor store your card number. Razorpay processes the payment and returns to us only what we need for our records: that the payment succeeded, its reference, and the method used. Razorpay keeps that data under its own privacy policy, to the standards demanded of a regulated payment provider.

Your details are used to answer your correspondence, to price and fulfil your order, to keep you informed of its progress, to let you sign in to your account, and to meet the record-keeping the law asks of any seller. To keep the site from abuse we note the time and a shortened, one-way fingerprint of the network address a request arrives from, never the address itself in full. Your details are put to no other purpose.

Only those who must, in order to bring your order to your door:

• Razorpay, to take payment securely.
• Our courier, given your name, address and telephone number so a parcel can be delivered.
• Resend, the service that carries our emails, so a letter can reach you.

Each acts only on our instruction. No list is ever sold, lent or traded, under any circumstance.

This site sets a cookie only to remember you across a visit: one that keeps you signed in to your account, and one that opens the private room for the keeper of the house. During checkout, Razorpay's secure window may set its own cookies to process your payment safely. There are no advertising or tracking cookies of any kind.

Letters are kept until you ask us to forget them. Order and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires a seller to hold them, ordinarily several years for tax and accounting, and no longer than that purpose demands.

Every page of this site is served over an encrypted connection. Access to your details is held to the hands that need it, and payment is handled entirely within Razorpay's secure environment. Should anything ever go wrong that touches you, we will tell you.
