Shipping, plainly told.
Every bar is six weeks in the making; the last short journey to your door is the one part we hurry — gently, and by hand.
What delivery costs
Nothing beyond the price of the bar. Carriage anywhere within India is carried by the house — the figure shown against a bar is the whole of what you pay, and nothing is added at checkout. There are no handling fees, no packaging charges, no surprises at the door.
When your order leaves us
Bars in hand are wrapped and dispatched within three working days of your payment clearing. Each parcel is packed by hand for the journey. A bar still curing is reserved with nothing to pay; it is dispatched within three working days of the moment you confirm and settle it, once its batch has finished its cure.
How long it takes to arrive
Within India, a parcel ordinarily reaches you two to seven working days after it is dispatched, depending on the distance it must travel. Remote pin codes may ask for a day or two more. These are the couriers' timelines, given honestly rather than optimistically.
Following the journey
We send by trusted couriers — among them DTDC, India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart and DHL. When your parcel leaves the atelier we write to you with the courier's name and the consignment number, so you may follow it to your door. The same details rest in your account.
Where we send
Across the whole of India at present. If you are outside the country and wish to receive a bar, write to us first and we will arrange it by private correspondence, carriage quoted before anything is agreed.
The address you give us
Please give the delivery address in full, with a correct pin code and a telephone number the courier can reach. A parcel returned to us for an address that could not be found can be sent again once the corrected carriage is settled. If you notice a mistake, write the moment you can — before dispatch we can always put it right.
If a parcel is delayed, damaged, or wrong
