Refunds, without quarrel.

You may withdraw an order at any time before it is dispatched — write to the atelier, or withdraw it yourself from your account. There is no charge and no reason need be given. Once withdrawn, the bars return to the shelf and every rupee paid is returned to you.

Every rupee paid is returned to the same method it came by — the card, UPI or account used at checkout. We instruct the refund the moment an order is withdrawn or a return is agreed; it ordinarily reaches you within five to seven working days, as the banks allow. We do not refund to a different account than the one that paid, for your protection and ours.

A reservation costs nothing to place and nothing to decline. When a reserved batch finishes its cure we write to you; if your circumstances have changed, declining is a single click and there is nothing to pay and nothing to return. You are only ever charged once you confirm you want your bars.

Soap is a thing of personal care. For reasons of hygiene, a bar that has been unwrapped or used cannot be accepted back, and no refund can be offered against it. This is the one firm line, and it is drawn for every customer's safety.
